Language course 'Dealing with complaints' in Dutch.
The language course 'Dealing with complaints in Dutch' is created for people who work in any organization and are responsible for dealing with complaints in Dutch.
The course allows candidates to master the principle skills of communication and terminology related to solving problems which involve the organization’s products and services:
- analysing a problem and asking the right questions
- describing a problem
- putting into words the causes
- explaining the context of a problem
- suggesting a solution
- formulating conclusions and negotiating
- etc.
The training is based on communication and is interactive. Role-plays are used in support and key phrases are a help for the trainee and the assimilation of his/her skills.

People working in any organization responsible for dealing with complaints and in contact with clients. Candidates should have a minimum level of 3/5 ALTE – B2 CEF
20 hours (sessions of 2 hours)

At the start of this Dutch course, you receive access to our online e-learning platform where you will find weekly exercises tailored to your language level.
You’ll also have access to the e-lexica, where you can practice specific business vocabulary through a series of drills (e.g. EU terminology, financial terminology, HR terminology, IT terminology, legal terminology, marketing terminology, negotiating terminology, telephone expressions, etc.).

The course can take place in your office or at our training centres in Brussels, Ghent, Diegem, Antwerp or Liege.
