Dutch for HR

The language course 'Dutch for HR' is created for HR managers and HR employees 

In this module the candidate(s) will work on texts with specific vocabulary, key phrases, role play and other exercises appropriate to the situation of communication. The following skills will be worked on:

  • recruitment and selection related communication
  • useful skills for evaluation and performance interviews
  • job interview simulations
  • etc.

The training is based on communication and is interactive. Role-plays are used in support and key phrases are a help for the trainee and the assimilation of his/her skills.

Grammar points are covered in a functional way and practiced in the context of Human Resources. The participants will receive a structured syllabus, completed with authentic documents.

  • Target group

    Hr managers and HR employees with minimum level of 3 ALTE - B2 CEF.

  • Cycle

    30 hours (sessions of 2 hours)
    1 hour = 60 minutes

    This module consists of the programs ‘recruitment and selection’ and
    ‘appraisals’.

  • Number of participants

    Private, twin or group course (3 to 6 participants)

  • Languages

    Dutch (this course is also available for French, English and German).

  • Follow-up e-learning

    At the start of this Dutch course, you receive access to our online e-learning platform where you will find weekly exercises tailored to your language level.

    You’ll also have access to the e-lexica, where you can practice specific business vocabulary through a series of drills (e.g. EU terminology, financial terminology, HR terminology, legal terminology, negotiating terminology, telephone expressions, etc.).

  • Practical information

    Rapid planning based on your availability.
    The course can take place in your office or at our training centres in Brussels, Ghent, Diegem, Antwerp or Liege.
